The NADA protocol (ear acupuncture) stimulates the release of endorphins, lowers stress and induces relaxation. This is a simple and effective acupuncture protocol. There is no appointment necessary, no intake, no need to talk of past experiences. During the session you will be given an opportunity to experience the NADA ear protocol which uses single use sterile needles. Research demonstrates that the NADA protocol may be effective in reducing and /or alleviating trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, irritability and cravings.
